COVID 19 POLICY AND PROCEDURES

 

We have implemented some new safety precautions for our reopening of our clinic during the COVID-19 guidelines as per the PUBLIC HEALTH + Work Safe BC GUIDELINES.

* We will be pre screening all our clients prior to booking their appointment online / email. They will be filling out a questionnaire for all appointments for Precaution Measures.

***If you are feeling sick - please do call us right away to reschedule or cancel you appointment. ***

***We are taking measures to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff ***

* All staff will be wearing masks + gloves + throughout the appointment. We will be going under thorough sterilization and hygiene processes on daily basis.

  • The door will be locked until your appointment time. Please do remember to come at the time you have booked your appointment.

  • Please wait at the entrance at your appointment time. We will be providing hand sanitizer to use before and after your appointment.

  • Hand sanitizer is at all station + at the front door for each client to use before and after their appointment.

  • We will be thoroughly disinfecting and sterilization of all area throughout the clinic, door handles, light switch, tables, floors, chairs, work stations, equipment’s, facial beds and all areas a person have been through or have touch before and after each client.

  • Staff members will be using all disposable items for each client always.

****No walk in allowed. We will be only be APPOINTMENT ONLY as per usual ****

If you do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment or if you are a NO SHOW and wants to reschedule your appointment -  THERE WILL BE A LATE CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULNG/ NO SHOW FEE OF $ 20 TO BE PAID PRIOR TO THE REBOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL AND DID NOT PASSED THE PRE-SCREENING  QUESTIONS. WE DO REQUIRE YOU TO WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE BETTER TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

IF YOU SHOW UP SICK - WE WILL KINDLY TURN YOU AWAY.
