OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY TREATMENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER. IN ORDER TO DO, WE HAVE HAD IMPLEMENTED AN APPOINTMENT / CANCELATION POLICY. THE POLICY ENABLES US TO BETTER UTILIZE AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS FOR OUT CLIENTS.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT + A REMINDER EMAIL/OR TEXT 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.

ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

A BOOKING DEPOSIT / FEE - $20 WILL BE NEEDED TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT SLOT . THE DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS A PRE PAID PACKAGE - THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR REFUNDED BACK TO YOUR CREDIT CARD UNLESS YOU ARE A NO SHOW / LATE CANCELATION - IT IS A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.


CANCELATION POLICY

IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW OR PROVIDED A LATE CANCELATION OR LATE RESCHEDULING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT LESS THAN 48 HOURS —- THERE IS A FEE OF $20 FOR ANY NO SHOWS OR LATE CANCELATION AS WE DO REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR ANY CHANGES . THE DEPOSIT/ FEE IS NON - REFUNDABLE AS WE ARE UNABLE TO FILL THE APPOINTMENT SLOT LAST MIN.

THE FEE WILL NEED TO BE PAID PRIOR TO ANY REBOOKING OR IT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
